First and foremost, this site is for you...the reader. The intention of ChadAndersonCSCS.com is to provide individuals with the fitness information they seek from a qualified fitness professional. Being a personal trainer, I am frequently bombarded with questions regarding weight loss, sports conditioning, nutrition, and fitness in general. This gives me the opportunity to share my knowledge with those whom I work. It also gives me a chance to teach, and teaching is an integral part of being a personal trainer. Aside from clients getting the results they want from my exercise programs , teaching is the most enjoyable aspect of my profession. Therefore, I wanted to create a website that would allow me to do more teaching and educating on a broader scale. Instead of limiting the knowledge I have in the field of exercise to those whom I work with directly, I am expanding my reach to the many people who scour the internet looking for quality fitness information.
